If only there was a water delivery system and perhaps an arm with a squeegee like implement that could clean that.

All is well, you have the appropriate indications that you value your car even if it isn’t clean at the moment , and that you have appropriate driving skills. Please continue with your driving.

Although you should at least clean off the screaming cone.

There's an arm but the squeegee disappeared 15k miles ago and the water delivery system is non functional. I have been meaning to replace the wiper but it's a proprietary part that costs $25 and I'm a broke college student.

My R53 is about the same. Mini’s have crap aerodynamics.

Buy a cheaper longer wiper that has the same blade profile and cut it down to length.  You will need to save the metal strips from the OEM one and put them in your replacement.

The aerodynamics aren’t that bad. I was within 5 mph of my dad’s BRZ down the front straight at Thompson and he has a 90 hp advantage over me. It's just strange around the back and scoops stuff out from under the car and onto your rear window.
